Snow-capped Fairy Cakes
I do love cake smothered in white icing. There is something about white icing that is aesthetically pleasing to me. This would also be a fun activity for the children to make. They look incredibly delicious and who doesn’t love a fairy cake?!

Chocolate, Fruit and Clementine Pudding
Now this sounds like heaven. Only in the last three years have I enjoyed Christmas Pudding, I’ve always found it waay to rich for my tastes. However this particular recipe seems a good balance of chocolate and fruit with a nice touch of clementine. Also this recipe is nut free which is such a bonus!!

White Chocolate Chip Fudge
White chocolate is definitely the best chocolate and fudge is it’s perfect companion. This requires a bit of effort so I will pass this one up…for now. However I do feel my mother is able to rise to the challenge (hint hint).
