I haven’t put a christmas tree up in six years and I couldn’t wait!! My tree has always had a silver theme and it’s so small, it’s the cutest little Christmas tree.

When we see it it looks like the Leaning Tower of Pizza, I’m not quite sure why it’s on a slant but it is. I think it might be due time I upgrade my tree. Turns out I’m very fussy when it comes to my Christmas tree as in the branches need to be well spaced, the decorations need to fall nicely rather than having them piled on top of really close branches. Turns out this particular tree is my idea of Hell.

I’ve never sworn so much because of a tree before. I think I called every name under the sun. The branches are so compact that hanging decorations from it winds me up way too much. Dan decided to put some Christmas music on to try and get us into the decorating mood. We ended listening to every song by The Darkness instead. By the end it looked really nice. Pain in the backside but worth it.

Mam and Dads tree is more on the larger scale and is also a lot more colourful. We still have my great grandmothers decorations as well as my grans so of course they have priority. We also have Simpsons decorations as well as Disney from a family trip when I was 6/7. So many memories! How did your christmas decorating go? Comment below!!
