I’ve been in love with this Whistles jumper ever since it came into my workplace. I don’t own anything yellow so it’s really brightened my wardrobe right up. I’m desperately trying to build a smart capsule wardrobe since most of my clothes are either anime themed or patterned with scribbles here and there, and at the age of 25 I think I should have a smart wardrobe.
I think this jumper is a good start to my wardrobe since you can wear it at day time as well as nighttime. For the day time I’ve paired it with some dungarees while at nighttime I would wear it with some kitten heels, black trousers and a crisp white shirt underneath.
The top was £65 but I managed to get it in the sale for £50. Some of their items can be seen as quite expensive but the quality is always great, I don’t own many Whistles pieces but I have fancied one or two in the past.
Based in London, Whistles focuses on timeless, contemporary pieces, focusing on quality and style. Instead of focusing on what’s currently ‘the now’ they focus on longevity meaning it will never go out of style.
