Aspire Clean Living is a health business created by friend Kelsey Biston. It’s her own business and she’s working tirelessly hard and it’s going so well. I’m so proud! It’s hard in this day and age to begin any business from scratch so snaps to her for giving it her all. Recently I’ve gained a stone(!) and for someone who is incredibly insecure about her body and the way she looks, the Aspire Clean Living community might be exactly what I need right now!! So without further a do’ I shall give you an introduction to the business and how it may help with your personal achievements. Here is what Kelsey had to say for her business.
What is it?
Aspire Clean Living is a 9 day programme designed to kick-start your metabolism. It’s not some ‘fad-diet’ or some ‘milkshake’ or ‘smoothie’ diet (which by the way, tried and tested, honestly did not work for me), it’s a cleanse developed to give your digestive system a break from over indulgence. Based around the jam packed, full of minerals and amino acid super plant aloe vera which helps shift the toxins through the body along with the lower food intake so that the body concentrates on using energy to burn the bad toxins (i.e. soluble water) and the foods we consume. You will take supplements such as Garcinia Appetite Suppressors, fibre gels to help you feel fuller of longer and her personal favourite supplement, ‘therms’. These capsules speed up the metabolism and stimulate the brain making you super focused and full of energy!
The best thing about all of this is that you do not need to starve yourself (which for a foodie like me, is a bonus). You can eat as much free foods as you like from a list that I shall post after this. You can eat from the list below between the days 1-9. From day 3-9 you introduce a 600 calorie diet which may not sound like much however if you use and download ‘Myfitnessplan’ which is an absolute amazing app by the way, you can count exactly what you’re eating and how much your consuming!!
In 9 days you can feel and look better. Kelsey told me that her clients feel less bloated, more energised and feel they have a better relationship with food. Kelsey felt soo good after her cleanse that she wants to do the same for others.
The Free Foods List
Here are the list of free foods which you can consume as much as you like and the list looks scrumptious!! The list has been broken up into 2 separate lists; one for fruit and one for vegetable. Just a quick note, the best thing with this from personal experience is to consume more vegetables than fruit in your day-to-day diet, reason being is that fruit may be high in natural sugar but it is sugar nonetheless. When I first started to diet I would have a bowl of 5 fruits a day and I gained tonnes and tonnes of weight!! Now I only eat apple and bananas and blueberries and during the summer I treat myself to the plum/nectarine family.
The fruit list includes; Apricots, Apples, Blackberries, Blueberries, Boysenberries, Cherries, Figs, Red/Purple Grapes, Grapefruit, Kiwi Fruit, Oranges, Peaches, Pears, Plums, Prunes, Raspberries and Strawberries.
The vegetable list includes; Artichokes, Rocket, Asparagus, Belgian Endive, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucember, Aubergine, Spring Onions, Kale, Leeks, Lettuces (all varieties), Peppers (all varieties), Romaine Lettuce, Snows Peas or Sugar Snap Peas, Soy Beans, Spinach, String Beans, Tomatoes.
Not that bad of a list eh?!
